Localization and universality of Poisson statistics near Anderson localization

ABSTRACT.  By further developing the supersymmetric formalism initiated in [W1] 
(see also [SjW]), we obtain Anderson localization with the mean-field 
Lyapunov exponent and Poisson statistics for eigenvalue spacing at weak 
disorder near the Anderson transition.
