Scattering Theory for Sparce Random Potentials

ABSTRACT.  We prove the existence of wave operators and thus of 
absolutely continuous spectrum for a huge class of random 
Schr\"{o}dinger operators with randomness decaying at infinity in 
dimension $d\geq3$.
