On the cosmological implications of the Calogero conjecture

ABSTRACT.  We discuss the 
implications of the Calogero hypothesis on the 
``cosmic origin of quantization'' [1], and of 
the variation of $h$ with time it implies, for 
cosmology. Data which with the standard 
interpretation of redshift measurement imply 
uniform expansion are to be interpreted, in the 
light of this conjecture, as corresponding to an 
accelerating expansion.
