Sharp constants in the Hardy-Rellich  inequalities

ABSTRACT.  Optimal constants are found in 
Hardy-Rellich  inequalities containing derivatives of arbitrary (not necessarily 
integer) order $l$.
 Some new inequalities of this type are also obtained.
