Hardy inequalities for magnetic Dirichlet forms

ABSTRACT.  It is known that the classical Hardy inequality fails in 
$\R^2$. We show that under certain non-degeneracy 
conditions on vector potentials, the Hardy inequality 
becomes possible for the corresponding magnetic 
Dirichlet form.
