 Time Dependent Resonance Theory

ABSTRACT.  We develop a new time dependent approach to resonances in 
quantum mechanics.This method allows us to derive the time
behaviour of resonances for shrt intermediate and large times.
It applies to rather general classes of potentials in quantum
mechanics,and in some cases to perturbations of embedded eigevalues.
It does not require the standard assumptions of dilation analytic
or exponential decay.
