Spectral shift function of the Schrodinger operator 
in the large coupling constant limit

ABSTRACT.  We consider the spectral shift function $\xi(\lambda;H_0-\alpha V,H_0)$,
where $H_0$ is a Schr\"odinger operator with a variable Riemannian metric 
and an electro-magnetic field and $V$ is a perturbation by a multiplication 
operator. We prove the Weyl type asymptotic formula for 
$\xi(\lambda;H_0-\alpha V;H_0)$ in the large coupling constant limit
$\alpha\to\infty$.
