$\xi$-$\zeta$ relation.

ABSTRACT.  In this note we prove a relation between the Riemann Zeta function,
$\zeta$ and the $\xi$ function (Krein spectral shift) 
associated with the Harmonic Oscillator in one dimension.  This gives
a new integral representation of the zeta function.
