Topics in isotopic pairs and their representations

ABSTRACT.  The paper is devoted to the representations of "isotopic pairs" --- the 
objects, by which it maybe convenient to describe some forms of a 
nonhamiltonian interaction of hamiltonian systems on the quantum level. 
General concepts are illustrated on simple examples.
