V.Grinshpun On existence of diffusion in multidimensional random media (132K, PDF) ABSTRACT. For the quantum particle moving in multidimensional (d>1) potential field formed by a cell of point impurities (independent identical point potentials with bounded random amplitudes of bounded distribution density) the respective new results (ref. 06-118, 06-232) prove existence of energy region corresponding to the complete set of delocalized (extended) wave functions implying non-zero conductivity and diffusive properties.
