High energy asymptotics of the magnetic spectral shift function

ABSTRACT.  We consider the 3D Schroedinger operator with constant magnetic field, 
perturbed by an electric potential which decays fast enough at infinity. 
We obtain a Weyl-type asymptotic formula which describes the asymptotic 
behaviour for high energies of the spectral shift function.
