A lower bound on the spectral gap of the 3-dimensional stochastic Ising models

ABSTRACT.   In higher dimension, we prove that the speed at which 
spectral gaps for plus boundary condition shrink to zero is 
different from the one at which 
spectral gaps for free boundary condition do. 
 Especially, in 3-dimension, we can analize a little wider class 
of boundary conditions.
