Mean field dynamics of fermions and the time-dependent Hartree-Fock equation

ABSTRACT.  The time-dependent Hartree-Fock equation is derived, in a mean field limit, from the Hamiltonian dynamics of systems of 
fermions. 
We follow the approach of Herbert Spohn, who 
derived the time-dependent 
Hartree equation for mean field systems of distinguishable 
particles, and remarked at the time (1980) that ``the convergence of the 
mean field limit with statistics included is an open 
problem."
